arica01/22/02 at 23:23:35#1The Padmakumara Translation Team is formed from one goal ~ that of spreading our beloved Root Guru Living Buddha Lian Sheng's teachings to his English- educated disciples and all the Sentient Beings.
For a long time, the English Disciples of True Buddha School has not much materials to guide them along their path of Cultivation due to lack of more translation.
So here we are, dharma brothers/sisters from different parts of the world converge to start this independent website and give our best in translating the Dharma teachings of Living Buddha Lian Sheng for all the readers here.
We sincerely hope that you will have an informative and enjoyable time surfing our site.
May the Buddha lights bless us all !!!

Hi, Arica !!.........
So as I travel through
........... 7 chakras........7 heavens..........
and 7 Buddhalands.........
I'm manifesting my 7th incarnation as Amita777.........
as to Robson and Pape..........they're somewhere in this universe........carrying out their work as the warrior of Light !
I think I can just post my translation on the forum page ? Can't I ?
arica02/03/02 at 05:54:50#6Re: The Birth of Padmakumara Translation Teamboy, all the 7 , i am confused....are you the Seventh Heaven's celestial maiden ? ;)
My fair lady, Welcome to the home of the translators, first you have to pass through the inspection of the 5 Buddhas in our team.
If your translations can survived through the various welding,
moulding, re-structuring under the tools of the 5 Buddhas,
it will be published with great honor that will last a lifetiime
under the Translation section.
If you prefer your translations to retain the original taste,
with no refined and proofread polishing, it will go under the
Introduction to other Great Talents in TBS.
All said, please submit your translations to me. :)
And let me know what is your decision. To be or not to be.
:-* with a blow and a hug,
do descend here again from your 7th heaven.
kekekekekee...

We wish you a Happy and Fortunate Golden Horse Year

I hope you can help us in the future with the e-books format similar to those that you have done for TBSN. :D
Once we have a book completed, please render us your
help. I will definitely get in contact with you. :D
James_Seah02/10/02 at 18:23:09#9Re: The Birth of Padmakumara Translation TeamDharma Sister Arica
Thank you. A blessed "Year of the Horse" to all.
Please let me know once the completed books are published on the website. I will then convert them into ebook format which is just another media for those who find this format convenient.
I would be glad to render my service in whatever way I can to propagate the True Buddha School Dharma teachings as taught by Grandmaster.

Wow, we will have James helping us, that's really cool!
Hi James, you don't know me but that's ok, I'm just one of the editors for the team. I split half my time for editing here and the other half for helping on tbsn.
Happy Lunar New Year to everyone!
Let's celebrate with some wine ;D

James_Seah02/10/02 at 23:27:53#11Re: The Birth of Padmakumara Translation TeamCheers Luljeta!
As long as we are now disciples of GM, it must mean we must have known one another.....sometime, somewhere in another Dimension ;) Lets treasure this rare affinity in this lifetime to be able to offer our Dharma contribution to the True Buddha School when we can.
What a coincidence...I just bought red wine (to stock up for the holidays) for offering to my Dharma Protectors so its an occasion for celebration! "Gong Xi Fa Cai"
Luljeta02/11/02 at 23:24:16#12Re: The Birth of Padmakumara Translation TeamEveryone is in good spirits!
Food and wine ;D
Yes, we're all dharma brothers and sisters so we do know each other somehow. Our affinity to be students of GM is very fortunate.
Happy Anniversary to me! Today is my 5-year refuge anniversary on the lunar calendar. Each day I am grateful for the opportunity to become a TBS student. I show my appreciation by working with dharma brothers and sisters like you and everyone here to help make TBS the best it can be. :)
Gong Xi Fa Choi!

Thank you everyone for translating and welcoming us English speakers into what otherwise would be an inaccessible world. ???
I wonder ... if I read something and I notice some small error in English that I could correct before things end up in final form, how would I communicate with the translator?

(B.A. in literature long ago, I claim to still retain a little bit)
mimosa02/26/02 at 18:33:20#14Re: The Birth of Padmakumara Translation TeamHi there
If you see any error, please post it on the Buddhism Question,
with a clear subject. We will **really** appreciate it. As long as you are polite about it, we wont take it as offense! Posting it on public will also help other translators out there to learn.
Please do let us know and help us to do a better job!
