5. Consciousness is Energy

The next dream my husband Bert had was the following: The first thing he saw was that he was surrounded by white light.  Then he saw Padmakumara inviting him telepathically to send his awareness through a giant triangular prism and explaining to him how to do so.  This he did with his mind by focusing on a small light drop until he became inside of it.  He then saw prisms of different shapes and colors that were seemingly suspended in mid air.  At the apex of the prism, the spectrum of light became only one laser like beam of white light.  Padmakumara and Bert were walking seemingly in a tunnel of laser beam like light.  In it, Padmakumara explained to him how to transform himself into pure energy through mindfulness at each moment.  He explained to him all the lights were like pure energy and that his students could transform it with the power of their minds.  Different lights different frequencies.  

The teaching in the dream was that there are other states of consciousness.  It is because consciousness is energy.  Whenever one visualizes one transforms his reality into more oneness and less ego.
