Future Plan to publish all translations here

There is a future plan to collate and collect the various translations on this site here for a half-yearly publication by the Singapore True Buddha Publishing Firm.

The hardcopy will be sponsered by well-wishers and will be
distributed free to all.

All amateur and aspiring volunteers translators and editors
of our beloved Grandmaster Lu, your works can be read by more people other than the site here.

So do join us if you are keen to try out translating or editing the dharma of our Root Guru.

Drop us a note via our Padma Team's mail or just post a message on this site here. Our team member will get
in contact with you shortly.

Do not be shy, this is how our team can grow with the
participation of dharma brother/sister out there.

Dear dharma sisters & brothers,

Firstly I would like to congratulate and thank you for bringing us a beautiful and interesting website where we can further learn more about Grandmaster's teaching.

All this while my knowledge to GM's teaching is limited and I do not have many chance to read GM's meaningful articles and stories as I do not know Chinese. So the moment, I found out about this site, (wow! ;D its in ENGLISH!!...Hooray, Hooray) its just like striking the TOTO lottery!! I'm so happy and thankful to all of you and I pray that this website will continue to stay and expand so that more people and TBSN students can share GM's teaching as it will be translated to English language now.

Though I could not help out in translating GM's book but if you need any assistance in typing (I'm a secretary), I'm most happy to help. My email address is corchenmy@yahoo.com.sg and currently I'm staying in Singapore.

Keep up the good job and may GM bless all of you.

Corchen, hi, :D thank you for loving our site so much. Would you be able to do transcipts for verbal tapes of
the Heart Sutra by our Root Guru ? The tapes are in English and there are 15 of them. The written transcripts can then be posted here on the site for reading.

Dear Arica,

Would like to try out doing the verbal transcript bit by bit at a time (provided the tapes are in English) as I haven't done this before.

Kindly advise when we could meet up to collect the tapes and to discuss further on the format requirement.

Hi, Corchen, the tapes are in English. :D
I will meet up with you but first let our team member Dance
send it to me or you from USA. He will copy the tapes and
mail the copy to us. Let me arrange it with him first.

Thanks for offering to help. I hope this can be carry out in the end and more will benefit from the Heart Sutra Dharma

Read the above message. Yes, me too, gotta pray to GM so that everything will go on smoothly and we could transcript the tapes successfully. ::) ;)

I'D LIKE TO SEE IF SOMEONE CAN EMAIL ME MORE INFO ON HOW TO HELP OUT IN THE TRANSLATION WORK. I'M VERY INTERESTED IN GM'S BOOKS AND BASICALLY HAVE READ ALL OF HIS TRANSLATED BOOKS.BUT I'M EXCITED TO READ THE REST OF HIS BOOKS AS HE HAS MORE THAN 100.

Referring to our copyright.
If someone wanted to translate the same material we have into say Russian what would they we required to do?

That is the translators' freedom.

The copyright issues only arises when the translators decide whether their own translations can be reproduced for distribution.

If someone wishes to translate any articles from our site
into other languages, they are most welcome. Since the purpose is to benefit more people from reading the teachings of our Root Guru.

WOW that is great news. I really like the idea of collating and collecting all the translations from this site for a semi-annual publication!!!

Looking forward for the first publication.

BTW Arica, I find the font colour yellow kind of hard to read. Is there another font colour you could use? Just wondering out loud :)

I do appriciate all the great work you and the Padmakumara translation team have produced and accomplished.

Ok, yellow is out....nobody likes this bright but too glaring colour. Guess it is true, hard to read :))

Thank you for your compliments to our small team.

The credit goes to everyone in the team....but the biggest is to our Grandmaster Lu.

Our utmost love for him,
the intangible Joy , the Wisdom that we received from being his disciples is the greatest motivation for us to strive together as a team regardless of our various backgrounds
and culture.

He is our inspiration :D
