Tom and I were talking about phase III of website. I will let Tom share the plan with the team later. However, basically, from now on, Tom will take over the website management, I will just be the stand-by and take care of the forum part.
Tom is a self-motivated and trusthworthy person, he is most suitable person for the position. Padmakumara is running on the honor-system, which means that besides a Lead, we dont have any position. We prefer this way to avoid politics. Anyone can run the job, raise his/her hand, take the job! There is no fame for you Tom, only work :-) Dont overload yourself!!! okay!
