Great Compassion Mantra Water

Can anyone tell me the cultivation process to produce the Great Compassion Mantra Water? as detailed as possible please... or where i might be able to read up on it? thankx

Great Compassion Mantra Water (let's call it Da Bei Zhou Water 'coz it's shorter by far!) is made by chanting the Great Compassion Dharani (Da Bei Zhou) over it 49 times. This is a long mantra, longer than Vajrasattva's 100 syllable yet slightly shorter than the High King Sutra. Therefore the first thing you will need is time!  ;D

Actually, you can do a few sittings, leaving the water on the shrine until it is fully empowered, so don't let the length put you off.

Da Bei Zhou has many protective and hinderance removing qualities. There are 84 lines in it - each of these represents a different deity and behind it all is the power of the 1,000 armed Guan Yin.

Master Hsuan Hua says:

"The great mantra of great compassion penetrates heaven and earth.
One hundred recitations for one thousand days causes ten kings to rejoice.
It's great compassion and kindness cure all disease;
And so an announcement is projected high on the offense screen."

It is said that in the courts of the Yama king is a reflective mirror or "Offense Screen" with the bad actions of one's lifetime upon it playing over and over when viewed by each individual. However, upon chanting Da Bei Zhou 108 times daily for three years, all obscurations in this will be removed and the Yama King will be delighted. Serious illnessess or calamities can be averted this way. It is also said that transcendental powers can be gained through it's regular practice and that ghosts and spirits will pay respect to those who uphold Da Bei Zhou and protect him as if he where a Buddha.

One can also chant this mantra at the start of one's cultivation session as this will clear away all negative energies and spirits. In my own cultivation, it has helped when encountering black magic and low level spirits.

Another way to make Da Bei Zhou water is to ask a Master to make a Da Bei Zhou Fu for you. You can then chant 1080 of Grand Master's heart mantra over it and burn it in a clean bowl that has never been used in the preparation of meat dishes or into a cup. Add to this fresh water and you have Da Bei Zhou water. Be sure to only handle Fu with clean hands and never allow them to touch the floor.

If you use bottled water you can add the fu water to your bottle. So long as you never drink directly from the bottle, it will retain it's power indefinately. This means you can add more pure water when it runs low and you'll always have access to Da Bei Zhou water from then on.

The advantage of doing it yourself is that you will generate your own power over time. However asking a Master is very quick!
