We have a section for Buddhism questions, but not for Buddhism answers!

None-the-less, I am providing this little pocket memorization tool for English speaking people just starting up with TBS.  Why, I can remember when I was a "newbie" - I think if you pass 100 posts, then you get promoted to "a sage of profound wisdom".  The attached Word document contains most of the steps (verses and mantras) for Guru Yoga fundamental practice.  It does not have all the invocation or High King Avalokitesvara Sutra.  [more yet to come]  I cut it up into little "tri-folds", kept them in my pockets, and memorized a piece or so while involved in non-cerebrum-intensive activities.

Margins and spacing may have to be changed, depending on the printer.
Format is Word 97

I hope someone finds it useful.

May All Beings be Happy  :)

Did I miss the rebirth mantra?
Well, depends on how you look at it ...

I think different temples do things a little differently.

I did not write the words, I just copied them from the net and reformatted.  The source was temporarily forgotten, but now remembered - the old (but still reachable) TBS English web - http://www.tbsn.org/english/ ).  I should have given someone credit, so now I could make them share blame (if there is any)!!  I am not sure who put it together, or what temple it may represent the practice of!

So, yes, there seems to be no rebirth mantra here.  Maybe the place that wrote this doesn't include it in their group cultivation? It isn't in their list.

The other truth is that I hadn't noticed!!  I used this pocket tool for memorization on the fly, but used a locally obtained large booklet to guide my home cultivation, and somehow rebirth mantra arrived in my brain on its own.

thank you for noticing.
I will post another version that actually matches the group practice in Redmond (my mother ship).

By popular demand,
I have a new improved (or at least different) version (still without HighKing Avalokitesvara Sutra, but with the deliverance mantra).

The Redmond Ling Shen Ching Tze Temple version.
