This is our standard translation procedure we send out.

I want like to take the opportunity to explain the translation procedure of  Padmakumara Translation Team and role of each position  
 
Translator: translate article from Chinese to English  
fair or better proficiency in English and Chinese  
fair or better understanding in Buddhism term  
 
Editors: rewrite and revise English articles  
strong and solid command in  English language  
fair or better understanding in Buddhism terms  
 
Proofreader: provide quality assurance on the final draft.  
fair or better proficiency in English and  Chinese      
fluent in Chinese/English Buddhism terms  
 
as you can see, the system is setup in such way that everyone is a key player in the translation procedure, yet the workload is  shared among all members.
