To all the Bodhisattvas of Padma,

Thanks guys for letting this hopeless disciple into your great pool of brilliant and talented individuals, all gathered here for the one noble cause initiated by our Wisdom Father - GM.
Reading through the internal members' profiles, I am simply truly amazed and bowled over by the wisdom, compassion, talent, humour and hardwork that you guys exhibit. It is, like what Invincible East said, a true honour to be able to be a part of such a great team.

I'm sorry but I dun have a digital photo of myself yet. In this life I am disguised as an all-so-average Malaysian Chinese with an all-so-average look  8) and an all-so-average height (5'7") and an all-so-average built (75kg). I was born in the Malaysian state of Penang and raised in a small east coast town of Kuantan (where Club Med Cherating is). My parents are both chinese educated (both took refuge back in 1993)and I have 2 elder brothers and one elder sister, and I am the youngest and the most "spiritually inclined" (or decline, depending on how u see it! :)) in the family. Reaching my 30 years of existence this year and armed with a Bachelors degree in law and commerce, I find work and career meaningless and futile if not for Buddhism and GM's teachings. Took refuge back in 1992 in Melbourne Australia while I was doing my undergrad in Monash Univ. I am able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and the Malay language. Apart from GM and Buddhism I love soccer (Go Brasilia!!) tennis, table tennis, travelling, trekking, anything relating to outdoors, and reading a good book.

Anyways, that's about the nutshell of me. Oh and one small thing is, I've got a dragonball tatooed on the back of my left shoulder (oh those wild and rebellious days in the Uni!! ;)) and a Bodhisattva gave me a dragonball pendant as a gift to encourage me further on my bodhicitta path. Strange or mere coincidence? ???

Signing off, thank you all once again for accepting me as part of this wonderful family. I am indeed blessed and eternally grateful to be given such a wonderful opportunity to contribute.

Work hard towards the goal and fight off my inner demons!!

Hello L.H. Dance,
A dragon ball, according to Chinese mythology is a ball that a dragon spits out of its mouth that is supposed to contain the essence of  the dragon itself. It is like the "tan" of a taoist and whosoever gets it and swallows it will attain eternal life. It is always depicted in Chinese dragon paintings and adornments as a fiery ball that the dragon plays and chases around in front of it. As for the pendant that I received, I have no idea what kind of stone it is, it looks like a pearl but it has a multicoloured glow to it and is encased in the grasp of a golden dragon. Never seen anything like it before!

I was a lawyer for five years but now I'm a trainer cum customer relations officer. I now promote wills and trusts and estate planning to potential customers. In other words, I see dead people, long before they're dead.  ;D

How I wish that I can also promote to my customers the concept of preplanning your death - ensure that you buy your passport to Maha Twin Lotus Ponds before u take the final journey... Mixing commerce and Buddhism...

Amitabha,
Wilhall
