Needs advice on taking refuge

If my friend want's to take refuge, should the bank draft be in the name of GM or TBF now??? So confusing. I 've been searching the info from raden mag or tbsn newspaper, seem like they never indicate anymore. Can't remember what is
in the past? Now?

I would be grateful if someone could give advice.

I just called Seattle for you. Per seattle, the bank draft should be written to "Sheng-yen Lu"

Mimosa
