Just wanna to share with all of u about an issue i heard:
apparently, a lot of people thought: as long as you have taken refuge, you can practice Guru Practice .
According to Master Lianning (http://www.tbsn.org/chinese2/master.php?masterno=38&keyword=&page=30), however, it seems that by taking refuge, you can only practice Four Preliminary Practices and recite Padmakumara mantra.
To practice Guru Practice, u need empowerment for it.
