I realize I had trouble figuring out which were the new and which were the old.
Now that I know the ## is the proposed new,
I think I have the opposite opinion about "Padmakumara" being the title of the Grand Master Lu connection - I am not sure people would know to click that, and the connecting page is called Grand Master Sheng-yen Lu, so it seems confusing.
For Miscellaneous Translations, I think we should use the standard spelling of miscellaneous.
For Discussion vs Discussion Forum - I tend towards keeping "forum" in there, since I know I think of it as the forum, and it makes clear people could go there to take part in a discussion, not just go see a discussion (by someone else).
For "About Translation Team", we need some kind of modifier - "the", or "our", or "the Padmakumara".

#our site is Padmakumara, so we need to explain who Padmakumara is. Yes, your concern is valid. So, I ask Thor to come up a page that explains who Living Buddha and Padmakumara is. Thor will show it to you guys before we make change.
