Is it alright to attend Church?

I am a student of Master Lu and have been chanting his heart Sutra and True Buddha Sutra every day. Recently, I have been attending church because my siblings are christians and they have invited me to attend. Is it alright for me to do this?

I wonder too, I attend church for my cousins are christians and they invite me to attend. Is it alright to attend and sing the praises and prayer..? I am attending a school, here in Singapore...it is a catholic school...we are required to sing praises and hymns.. Wonder if it is alright for us to do so.. ??? ??? ???

when I was in VA, I visited church a lot. In VA, the churches are magnficient. I often dropped my kneel and prayed God sincerely to give me courage and wisdom... I love churches and respect God very much.

Being a Buddhist doesnt mean that you can not attend any other functions or pay respect to other religions. HOwever, please spend time reading GM's books and engaging in practices, so you can assure yourself that you have taken the right path and the teaching is right for you. If you dont, it is very easy to change or lose your faith when people of different religions challenge you.
