Ok...when you pass your exam  ;)  I want you to tell us all that you know about why the eboards were all shutdown.

Especially who protested and what was their problem?

If you go to public.tbsn.org, you will see that it is TBF's decision to shut down the discussion and email.

The real reason is the notorious site. Arica and another guy
(who is the one doing the black magic) have been slandering TBF masters and TBSN team members. The slander has been going on for one year!  I am just one of the vicitim. The site spends a lot of time slandering dharma brothers, sisters, and Masters...

They used nasty names to call the TBSN webmaster who is the Dharma Instructor. They have a voting poll to see if Master Allen will be become a dog next life... Can you believe that??? I also told you about the "dig the grave" case.

Master Allen finally has enough. He resigned the director position. No one in the TBF wants to resume the position. What to do? shut it down so everyone will shut up...

That is why people are protesting. They can not just look at the bad. TBSN forum provides a way for people to communicate thoughts and ideas.... shutting it down doesnt solve the problem...

I read the notorious site...Arica said that it is TBSN's retribution. The black-magic guy said that TBF made a wrong decision. ................... They are the reason to trigger the whole thing..

Sure no problem.  I will do my best to clean the forum of any garbage.  However, I can not accomplish this task alone.  I will need the assistance of all the internal members to bring to my attention of any userid they suspect that maybe violating Padmakumara policies.

On another note, I wonder how Master Allen with deal with AL when he is in Singapore taking care of the new temple?

What about that notorious site?  Is it going to shutdown too? Or Is it privately funded and will be still online?

This is a sad day for me....

I just went away for 2 weeks and so many things had happened. I couldn't believe that TBSN has shut down.

Last time when Master Allen visited Singapore, AL wrote me an email speaking highly of him and now she is slandering him. I wonder what has gotten into her.
Is she still claiming to be a student of TBS or has she left?

Do you know when Master Allen will be in Singapore and which temple he will be in?

Just the forum and email, the site is still open. But, it is a frame only. If no email and forum and fire all the voluneers, how do you maintain the site????

AL said that I was the gift sent to her from Buddhas. But, she posted pages of pages of slandering on me. AL didnt just slander Master Allen, she slandered all masters in TBF. She changed her mind very fast. YOu should also be careful of your emails to her. She will use that and post it online. (see lorraine's case) to show the great support she got from you.

We may not agree with some decision that TBF made, but we should never criticize or slander them in the public. It makes TBS or GM look very very bad!!

AL is very strange. Her first post said that Master Allen will scrub money in Singapore and send it back to USA. Her next post said that "In fact, I respect Master Allen. Just that Master Allen should use USA' people money to support himself not use our Singaporean's money" .....  I dont know what gets into AL's mind. Master Allen goes to Singapore to benefit those people!! Not for the money!

AL is not the only one. There is someone nicknamed Shepard, the guy knows black magic. He is probably the worst. He has used very nasty words to call TBF masters, dharma instructors and students...Fax stuff to TBF.  TBSN deleted all the offenders' accounts. But, these people got so angry and would never stop slandering the masters...


Is she still claiming to be a student of TBS or has she left?

Ermmm. Well guess there is a good and bad side for it.

Good side is that action will elmininate some degree of "body slamming" action on the net. Honestly, we don't need that sort of mischief and image be mistaken as the actually TBS.

It also gives everyone to re evaluate themselves. I'd consider this is a great lesson and reminder for our team: Keep politics and crap out of this line of duty and be honest and open with the fellow team members ;)

cuz we are here to have fun along the way we produce works that would be benificial in the future. Or else, we'll endure the same fate as TBSN in times to come...

Well, least we know the great Buddhas and Gods do know how to use internet and they are keeping an eye on us  :o ~be afraid! Be very afraid!!

shutting down TBSN doesnt solve the problem, because those people are still slandering TBF masters.... I am afraid that it gives people no place to chat and will go to the slandering site more...you know what I meant....

it is like laying off people without giving them a chance to pack their stuff.

As for AL posting my emails, I am not worried because there are no such emails for her to post. We never talked about Padma, TBSN, TBF etc. We only talked about personal stuff and to be honest we hardly email one another.
Now, we never talk at all...

Whenever someone post emails on the site, we have to question the authenticity because it can be edited before posting so might not reflect the original emails.

Anyway, it is best for us to just stick with our Padmakumara goals and motto.
Do what we do best and be contented.

i like master allen a lot. for his effort in answering questions, for his straight-forwardness...

i wish people would stop second-guessing master allen. master allen is in singapore to spread the dharma of our dear GM. That's it. Nothing else is impt.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the real reason why TBSN shut down the discussion and webmaster e-mail. It is so scary to think that the power of a few foul mouths can do such a thing.  Really, anybody would get sick and tired of it after a while.

I do hope that Master Allen personally lets AL have it if he comes across her in Singapore, but in my heart of hearts, I know that even that can't stop her from what she does.

Thor, I'm sure we will definitely let you know if we see anything suspicious going on around here.  Your efforts have become even more valuable in protecting the forum.  AL and her friends might have a lot of fun on that notorious site, but we definitely won't tolerate slandering and other sorts of trouble here.

Master Allen is not the only victim. Many dharma brothers and sisters have been threated to be put on black magic.....
I used the word "threaten" because there was a posting, but then the shepard guy did or didnt do, we dont know...

To fair, TBSN does have some faults. I have seen how TBSN treats others. Sometimes they are very rude too and just delete people's accounts and posts. There was 2 months, TBSN invited me to go back and monitor their discussion. I did and showed them how to treat people right. During that time, there were more people coming back. However, that was not an easy job.

The problem is that TBSN may not treat people right; however, the shepard site took too harsh of revenge.... continous slanderings and attack.... you know...too harsh....

Same is TBF's decision on TBSN, even the internal TBSN members are not aware of it. How can you treat your volutneer this way? Image if I shut down the site and not tell you guys in advance, were you be angry with me? You guys may kill me :-) LOL....

That is why there is big discussion going on on different sites regarding TBSN's shutting down. People are not happy with TBF's decision and more people go to the notorious site.
so...shutting down the TBSN doesnt fix the problem but create more problems..

If padma shutdown one day without notice, then you won't be killed......someone else I have in mind would be killed.  It kind of remain me of a bumper sticker quote I read:
"Some people are alive today, because it is illegal to kill people"

Mimosa, I know AL & Co. (we can't forget her associates) doesn't target only Master Allen.  She has tormented you just the same, and torments some others in less obvious ways. However if she does come back here, by breaking her eternal ban we can only offer her one of Thor's thunderbolts.  (I'm really cracking up as I'm writing this)

It's nice to have a good laugh on this subject.  Otherwise I'll be sharing some of Thor's fantasies on AL & Co.

I hope that we are not controlling. So far, the only post we have deleted are AL's. Other people asked questions or were mad at TBF (remember the guy didnt get the certification?), we just let them.  Had been in TBSN, it may be deleted... but we just let people talk...

Have you read some of those warning labels on products that are on the market.
For instance, "On Sears hairdryer: Do not use while sleeping."

Padma have to implement control on the website and forum because of past behaviour of some, for a lack of a better word, people.

If we don't implement control, then the forum on Padma will be polluted with garbage and may even shutdown....another sad day for everyone :'(

On the downside, once we start banning people from Padma forum, I excpect these people to start attacking the padma forum.  They will be like wolves under a sheep's coat and when the time is right, WHAM....sometimes I wonder about VS????  Anyways, the best I can do is ban and remove userid and post that violate Padma Policies.  With the Padma team's help, we can keep a clean and safe forum for everyone.

Speaking of Padma polices, does anyone feel the need to add, enhance or delete any policies?
