Just wondering how human life come about? Is it originally  through God that created - Adam and Eve??  ???

I was also asked this question by a Christian.
Christians believe in Creation so what do Buddhists believe in? Is it Creation or Evolution?

I do not know the answer.
So, I am interested in this post as well.

Interdependency PROVES emptiness.

The Heart Sutra: `Form IS emptiness, emptiness IS form.`

Not form DESPITE emptiness, etc.

Thus, it really is an irrelevant and futile question. Mind creates illusory existence. Yet from beginingless time our true awareness has always been pristine and pure, and cannot be conceptualized in words or fixed ideas.

When awareness gets caught in a flux of duality and creates the illusion of self, then later we conceive of such questions as a Creator, etc.

This very world of samsara and its inhabitants of ghosts, gods, humans, etc, who ponder such notions of duality is by its very nature illusory and flawed.

One can only achieve true realization by stopping the wheel of samsara, which requires the union of intense insight(wisdom) and meditative concentration(brought about by skillful means/compassion).

Perhaps then we can experience the union of samsara and nirvana in One Taste, and such questions concerning a creator will be merely seen for what they are: just questions.

The Tao te Ching: `The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao, the name that can be named is not the Eternal name.`

The question posted is --How do we come about, are we off spring of Adam & Eve which God created?  does this posting have linkage with religious teachings? Confused?? Sorry, I have a shallow indept.

FYI, Bible only focusing that Adam and Even started SIN since 4000BC, but Adam and Even might lived for before 0000 BC ! Personally I believe on arhceology and carbon?

2nd outside Bible opinion is TODAY Human is Adam and Even based, but probably there are many kinds of human, probably 6 models, like Terminator1, Terminator2, She  ;D

So, archeology evidences can be fitted into PRE 4000 BC which is out of Bible ! So if Christians believe that age of earth is only 6000 years, so they are violating the true Christian Faith, Bible and totally mad/nuts, becuase reject the fact of sciences !

Bible teach that multi-racial is derived 3 people: Ham (negro), Sem (Semit), Yafet (Asian) ... but there is one tribe before Noah, nobody know !  I suggest you wait for world class research from NCBI/and simialrs to trace back history of human kind, and evolution. meanwhile, scientific info suggesting that human originted from Africa !

I expect TBS can unveil part of PRE 4000BC history, why ? because only unmortall being life on that are, and only them can tell us the truth !

I think Shidartha did NOT know pre 4000BC, so it is better keep silent instead of creating new advanture into unknown

Regardless of religion, it seem that science will provide better answer ! Religion is more on ethical and spritual realm, try to merge with science may create a new problem !

But who can stop us from do it ?

Yes, Adam and Even was created by God in unsin condition some date not too far before 4000 BC, or 6000 from now !

But remember, Bible did NOT teach that they are the only human ! Only preachers come from Mars/Pluto teach you like that !

Oldest history from evil/cult world also did not mentioned about human pre 4000BC, but archeology found some evidences on human before 4000BC !

For me, how to life better, and it is nice to know pre-history !
