Bert's dream this morning.
He found himself inside the middle of his body with his mind, seemingly like the size of a molecule, and travelled throughout his body then to the outer surface of his skin.
During this time he knew he could heal his body.
He observed his auric field and could see that his auru was covering his whole body and it appeared looking like the Northern Lights but at a full scale around his body, with blue-green colors.
