mimosa08/05/02 at 13:05:24#110 years ago, when Mimosa first visited Seattle, nobody knew her. In the morning, she strolled around the temple; in the afternoon, she listened to Guru's talk attentatively. Nobody knew who she was. Mimosa was very content with it :-)
Seattle is still her favorite place, she loves the serene and enchanting moutains and lakes. But now, the minute she thinks of how many people know her, she gets a headache! :-(
Being a lead is out of no choice, so is getting involved so much with the TBS activies! Mimosa feels that she can do it, so she does. That is all. But, the bad side effect of fame is not what her heart desires!
May Buddhas bless her to stay unnoticable and unknown!

Congratulation !!! I am very happy that you are a leader of the team, eventhough this is not the kind of popularity you want but the benefits that you give to all of us are tremendous. When I first join the website I wanted to chat with somebody and learn with people online but the only person that reply my letter is you and I am very grateful for that to this day.. :)
May the Buddha bless you with good health and wisdom.

#Yes, my sole reason of taking up the position is because I feel that I can handle the workload that a team lead must carry. That is all.
Before I take up the team lead, a lot of masters and reverends already know me. Being a lead or not makes no difference. As I have said, during the 10 years I have been quite involved with TBS activies. I dont know if it is good or bad...but my mimosa-style of life is definitely gone....

#Ah!! How nice of you said that! thank you for making me day!!! Ah, nice people and touching messages like this are like water and soil for mimosa to survive!!
I have not seen your messages lately :-( why not chat with us from time to time? It doesnt have to be buddhism right, you know!
May the Buddha bless you with good health and wisdom.
#same to you!!

DragonBall08/07/02 at 03:00:54#5Re: A Life Mimosa WantsUnfortunately you must relinquish the freedom of anonimity, for a person with your capabilities you are destined to be in the limelight.
This is what you must undertake and sacrifice in your path of Bodhicitta. GM once said to Master Samantha, "in order to attain the greatest joy, that is why you must suffer the greatest afflictions!"
Take pride and pleasure in your position, for you are truly blessed and fated to lead.
GM is watching, and he can see you and your efforts clearly.
Happiness and long-life to Mimosa! ;D
